He isn’t there for just the build, he took timeout of his day to see how we were doing even if it wasn’t a meeting or phone about the build. He keeps all his sub contractors busy to make sure the house was being built correctly and efficiently. My wife and I have already agreed to use Roeser Homes if we build again.
