He communicated well, educated me on my issues with my door, clearly outlined what was required to get up and running, what would be additional recommended repair, and offered advice on where to save. He went the extra mile and programmed my car (which can be a pain with Homelink), and even struck up a conversation about how I liked the car - he was a nice gentleman who anyone would have the pleasure of having work done by. Tony in just a few hours got me a new spring, roller wheels, and replaced my outdated Overhead Door unit with a Genie 3120.

I would like to thank everyone I came in contact with at Precision Garage Door. Starting off with Eric T. that came to my house for the initial consultation (always available to answer my questions or change my order no matter when I messaged him) to the installers Mike G. and Carter B. that showed up on time and installed my new door/opener like it was there own, they programmed everything and showed me how it works and also took the time to help me get the app up and running for the opener. They left no mess behind and were also willing to help load and explain a few things to the gentleman that purchased my old door. I will never use another company for my garage door needs, they may not be the cheapest, but I promise the service and piece of mind that you will have is worth the $$$ You just don't find a company like this everyday!
