This company Fyve that again has been changed to Intempes out of California is horrible. Our last tenants moved out end of March and this company put an MLS lock leaving us to believe they were gonna start re renting it for us. Wrong they not only tied up our property for 3 months with no income from it they would never communicate after we would reach out in every way possible. They even collected fees they did not earn nor deserve. We finally drafted a certified letter relinquishing all ties believing this would stir communication and we could finally end our nightmare. Finally we had to go purchase new door locks and change them out in order to get the MLS lock off as well as buy a universal garage door opener because they would not get us our property. Including our mailbox key We were in an HOA that was responsible for home repairs ect. Yet they would have the repairs done then would take the cost out of the rent they collected always without our permission. They would collect the rent and deposit it late so they could collect interest from it. And to beat all since there was no rent to collect the last 3 months they got in our bank acct. To steal their fees,for doing nothing WARNING stay clear of this company there crooks and shysters. Remember there now called Intempes property mgmt.

I rented a unit with Fyve for 2 years and had the best experience with them. When I moved to Nashville I had to do so within a week for a new job, and Fyve made touring units, the application process, and approval quick and easy so I was able to move in fast that next week. Anytime a maintenance issue came up it was fixed either the same day or the next. Not to mention the maintenance crew is so incredibly kind, one time they needed to enter while I wasn’t home and they made sure to put my cat in another room so he didn’t run out the front door. You don’t get that kind of service everywhere! Security deposit was returned quickly when I moved out. If I wasn’t leaving Nashville I would absolutely continue renting properties with Fyve. I can’t recommend them enough!

Nightmare. Nightmare. Nightmare. Initially- a great experience. They were very timely in their responses and with luck, we got a tenant into home ASAP at a great rate. Shortly after, we begin to have issues, especially at the time for the tenant to move out. Thousands of dollars worth of damage done to my home (I do understand this was not their fault, but it is their responsibility to handle these issues and make sure everything is taken care of). The tenant did not move out on time, and had a friend show up at the property weeks after they were supposed to be vacated to find them still there and the property management had zero idea when they were notified. I also had already had all of the utilities and everything switched into my name and was paying all of them while someone was still living there. they have their vendors that do the repairs, also of who do a terrible job. The painting and tile work performed in my home was terrible. During the process of trying to get the property back to its original state, I left multiple emails and called the office countless times and would seldom ever receive a response back. I showed up at the property when it was supposed to be completely finished with repairs after the tenant moved out with multiple things undone and when I spoke to them at the property management office they were clueless. Terrible communication and a terrible experience.
