Robert BrockThe Best!! Roger came to repair an Oven 2 days before Christmas Day dinner and the problem was more extensive than originally thought and it was deemed ultimately unrepairable. We pulled some strings that same night and got a New Oven delivered to the farm. Good to his word, Roger came the very next morning on Christmas Eve and perfectly installed the new Thermador appliance. Christmas Eve dinner was saved: ‘twas A Christmas Miracle. SpringForth DidsburyRoger was very thorough. He provided the necessary documentation for our warranty in a timely manner which required several calls and emails to Bosch by his company. We have had problems with another repair vendor working with Bosch on this same problem. Bosch seems to have slow downs in place with mailing replacement parts and accepting emails, etc. However, Roger worked steadfastly and now we are set to work out the replacement with Bosch.
Jack SchumacherTechnician did not clean the ice-maker; the inside bin and outside was still covered in white hard water stains and limescale. After reviewing our cameras, the "technician" opened up the air filter cover, inspected under the machine, added some additive to the water line and ran a cleaning cycle - ok an internal clean. But after questioning why the external areas of the machine were not cleaned and dis-infected whoever I spoke to on the phone, their words were " that's not how we clean ice machines, it's impossible to remove limescale from the bin". The bin is plastic - you can wipe away hard water stains with your hands, let alone a bristled brush and general cleaner. LCR was invented for this. The ice machine manual describes a cleaning as removing ice and disinfecting the bin. This company does not do their job, or carry a sense of proactive management. Their customer service hangs up when you try to rectify the issue. They do not give you a price up-front and then don't do the job. $225 for a "technician" to come and run the cleaning cycle is a rip-off.
