Jared DavisDisappointing experience. I had really high hopes since there were so many great reviews. My wife changed her appointment to be there. I set the appointment through text and the window of 9-11am came and at 11:05 I called to see what was going on. I was told that the tech showed up at 9:00 and was told that service was not needed at that address. The person on the phone repeated my address to me and it was correct. It turns out the address was given to the tech wrong. That is totally understandable... it happens. The part that bothers me is they did not attempt to call/text to confirm with me this morning after the mistaken address. They seemed nice on the phone but this was pretty botched so rather than reschedule with them we scheduled with another company.
Lisa O'DeaVasyl and another technician came out on the same day when my dishwasher was broken. They explained the issue, provided a quote for repair, and were very respectful when I told them I wanted to think for a bit to decide between repair or replace. I called them back at 5:30 pm letting them know I’d like to move forward with the repair. They stayed in great communication with me about picking up the part needed and ultimately the dishwasher was fixed by 3pm the next day. Very friendly, reasonable price, and quick to fix this issue! Will definitely call for any other appliance repair needs.
