From the moment I booked staff communication was helpful and professional. Dropping my car off too, the communication with updates was really nice, didn't feel rushed off the phone Pravin and the team were a pleasure to speak with. On top of a great service of my car, it was even cleaned and all sparkly when I picked it up. Did not expect that at all. The customer service level even got better. I got stuck at work and couldn't get there as I'd hoped and Claudia in reception made a special trip to meet me at the service centre at 7:30pm in the evening. I was stressed as I needed to get my car and drive to a far location early next day for work and didn't know how I was going to get my car as I had no time and it was out of business hours. Claudia listened to my concerns and gave the solution and I can't tell you how relieved I was and how grateful I am. What a great experience! Thank you all. I will definitely be back (but hopefully not too soon😉)
