Dr. Balbir Chhina is an okay doctor, but between his complete missing of my wife's uterine infection post partum for over a year and the fact that I just waited 45 minutes to try to book a simple appointment. I understand being busy but if your phone wait times are 45 minutes the owner needs to stop being cheap and hire and train more people to be able to answer the phones.

Dr Ibezi has been our family Dr for years. Now she also sees my two kiddos. I have nothing but good things to say ! Staff is great, wait time is good when you have an appointment. The walk in times are a bit longer but they only have one Dr to oversee the walk ins so they can only do so much. Overall great experience !

I came in with a numb and painful hand that’s been keeping me up at night, (probably because a previously broken wrist). The doctor did not examine the hand, the doctor did not ask about my level of pain, the doctor said just wear a brace at all times like that was a practical solution. She said she would refer me to a specialist but provided zero details. Nothing to manage the pain. The entire apartment took all of 4 minutes after a 2 hour wait. Very disappointed with the outcome and feel it was a total waste of my time.

Came here for a Physical Test Clearance, quite fast wait time (got lucky when no one was in the lobby). Only took me 10mins to get some information from me and bloodwork, then i was out the door in no time. Staff were friendly during the process, no issues as far as i can tell.
