Rescheduled the move 4 times making the move 2days late. Mom had a 1bedroom apartment that took brother and I under 2hours to move her into. Told her first $800, then jacked it up to $1600. After deposit they held her furniture hostage until entire payment was paid. Mom drove to brother's close to midnight because she had no internet service in the area to transfer funds and show proof. After my mom reminding them of the bookshelf and area rug she needed moved, they became rude and left those items behind anyways. Left my mom's desk in garage stating to akward to move.. I moved it up the stairs from garage into mom's office in less then 5minutes. I am a 47yr old woman with a heart condition and my work ethic exceeds ur standards. Pathetic

Caution: SCAM Company (Typical scam place which you will understand when you call.) I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received regarding a scheduled pick-up for a move. The pick-up was arranged for last Saturday, and despite waiting for several hours, your team did not arrive. Upon contacting your office, I was informed that I would receive a call back with an update, which unfortunately did not occur. I called again an hour later and was then told that the delay was due to a flat tire. Given that I am located approximately 4000 km away and had individuals assisting me who could not wait indefinitely, this situation caused considerable inconvenience. Subsequently, I requested a refund of my deposit. Your team requested to retain the deposit and reschedule the move, a proposal I initially accepted, agreeing to contact you the following week. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the assistance I had secured for the move is no longer available. Upon informing your team of this development and reiterating my request for the deposit refund, I was met with unhelpful responses regarding the time it would take to process the refund. After persistent efforts to secure the refund, I was informed that a manager needed to be consulted and that I would receive a call back. Despite waiting an hour and making two follow-up calls, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution or my deposit back. As a result of these unresolved issues, I will be pursuing a charge reversal directly through Visa. Additionally, I intend to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and share my experience on various social media platforms. I believe it is imperative to caution others about the nature of your services, and I must also note that many of your positive online reviews appear to be disingenuous. (These positive reviews were either created using A.I or their cousins.)

Poor customer service and customer support. Unreliable and inefficient service providers, poor team collaboration, and ineffective organizational structure. Deposit payment for service was made for a move within city, however, driver, truck, and movers were a no show. Deposit is yet to be refunded for over one week and counting.

NIGHTMARE ON MOVING COMPANY!!! They rescheduled an earlier time then were half hour late. They yelled at my 19 year old daughter until she was in tears while waiting to unpack at the storage facility and I was remotely tring to pay for the service. They will not unpack till you pay. They quoted for 2 hours and it took an hour. I was told it would cost less if it took less time. We I question it they told me it was a minimum charge so I paid it because they were holding my daughter stuff. They unpacked the truck into the unit carelessly and left. My daughter returned to storage unit next day and could not get into her storage unit because contents fell over and jammed the door from the poor workmanship. 500 bucks for a 1 hour brutal. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!!
