The office is spotless, the staff are professional and efficient. At our initial consultation, the focus was on the process and procedures required to resolve my children’s dental issues, not how quickly it would be completed or how I was going to afford the service. No pictures, t- shirts, ice cream or fancy portfolios, just professional, educated, experienced orthodontic advice. Dr. Steiman has even provided professional advice post care without hesitation. Once I get there, even before I could sign in, they were ready for me - every single appointment. I could always depend on my appointment being the exact time I was scheduled for. The front desk staff is very helpful. Ashley always go beyond. From the start of my treatment to the end was effortless. When I had an issue, they would fit me in within no time.
