Best Dental Experience Ever – Salem Dental in Ajax! I can’t say enough good things about Salem Dental in Ajax. This place has completely raised the bar for what dental care should look and feel like. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and professionalism—Courtney Bowler, the office manager, sets the tone with her friendly and welcoming energy that instantly puts you at ease. Dr. David Nguyen is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had. He’s skilled, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, so you never feel rushed or in the dark. It’s rare to find a dentist who combines such expertise with a genuinely calming presence. And I have to give a special shoutout to Brooklyn, my hygienist—she is the most thorough hygienist I’ve ever had. Her attention to detail, care, and gentle approach make cleanings something I actually look forward to (never thought I’d say that!). The whole team at Salem Dental works seamlessly together, and the clinic itself is spotless, modern, and clearly committed to using the best technology available. They truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to make every visit a positive experience. Our entire family has been going to Salem Dental for over 10 years. Dr. Nguyen and his team have taken great care of us during that time. From regular checkups, cleanings, mouthguard moldings, and even some emergency dental work for my son... we've been through it all. They work with our insurers, communicate via phone and text (which I find super convenient), and are able to accommodate our sometimes crazy schedules. In all of our collective time there as a family, we have never had a single issue, and I would highly recommend them!
