For a little over six months, we've been paying rent for an abandoned space with hopes of repurposing it as a training site for the VA. However, those plans never materialized. In the meantime, we made efforts to advertise the space for sublease both locally and online, investing in signage and posting on our website. Unfortunately, these efforts yielded little interest.
