I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for the service I received from Reliance, and especially from David Xu and Quan. The night before, I made the mistake of calling Atlas Care. They charged me $200 just to come out, tell me my water heater was broken (which I already knew), and then left without fixing the leak or even offering advice on how to stop the flooding. I felt completely stranded. The next day I called Reliance, and what a difference. Two gentlemen came—David Xu and Quan. David took the lead, and from the moment he walked in, I felt like I was in good hands. Not only did he replace my water heater, but he also explained every step of the process in plain English. He made sure I understood what was happening and gave me practical tips so I wouldn’t be left helpless again. What struck me most was David’s kindness. He treated me like family, looking out for my best interests instead of just rushing through a job. Quan worked alongside him and was equally professional and courteous. Together they turned a stressful situation into a smooth, even reassuring experience. The world needs more people like David Xu. If every service call felt like this, home repairs wouldn’t be something we dread. Reliance, you’ve earned a loyal customer, and it’s thanks to David and Quan.

I may have accidentally posted an incomplete survey earlier. Here I go again. I'm very pleased with the service I received from the Reliance employees. Customer Service was very friendly, and, knowledgeable about the products and services. Amir G. the Sales Representative was very patient, again knowledgeable with the products and services, and, helped me make a decision I was happy about. I asked him many questions, and did not feel rushed into anything. He called me later to see if everything was completed, and, if I had any questions or concerns. The HVAC tech Ben & another employee (oops! I didn't get his name) did an amazing job setting up everything, and, you would never know anyone was ever here. They worked long hours to get the work done. After a long day, Ben patiently explained everything that was done. Thank you everyone. Very much appreciated.

I recently booked a service visit for my ductless unit with Reliance, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The technician, Jet, was extremely professional—he even called ahead to confirm his arrival time, which I really appreciated. He did a fantastic job cleaning both the indoor unit and the outdoor condenser filter. His attention to detail and professionalism truly stood out. Thank you so much, Jet—well done! I highly recommend Reliance services to anyone in need of HVAC maintenance or support.

Ver efficient called yesterday day late & morning the technician arrived saw the part & order new part then the part arrived the door & this afternoon &I called to tell technician it was here & they sent Andrew & Peter to service second half of repair & arriving with shoe covers to walk through our house & then shut water off & replaced gas valve & will generate hot water in about two hours. Very polite & efficient & left at 5:45 approximately all done.
