Maintenance is amazing! My husband and I just recently moved in and the dishwasher was apparently a very old unit and was clogged and not working, I sent in a maintenance request and a day later Shannon came to fix it. We then found out it was broken and he immediately called and requested we get a new one! A day after it got delivered he installed it and it’s been perfect! Thank you so much Shannon!

I don't think anyone really thinks anything great about their landlord (or in this case, property management company), but after looking back at my time leasing with Doorby, I think my experience has been more than satisfactory. The maintenance team has been both prompt and flexible, making sure to handle things as quickly as possible and with the kind of professionalism that I expect from a professional property management company. I also appreciate the communication that I received from Courtney, who personally managed my property and lease. While their office is by appointment only, they were able to squeeze me in to make sure I was taken care of when I had a problem, and they were able to quickly resolve things and work with me and my needs. From move-in to move-out, I've had a very good experience with Doorby.

I have an older house which had much older lighting. I put in a work order due to the light starting to fall. Not only did they come the next day and replace it, they replaced it with an awesome LED light that both lasts approx.. 45 years, but also has a nightlight on it! You flip the switch once for the nightlight and once more for the room light. Doorby is always on call and very punctual. I would rent from them a thousand times over.
