Lack of accountability for delays. Very inconsistent as to whether you get charged customs or not. Half the time you get charged customs MULTIPLE times for the same parcel. Even had instances where a delivery driver claimed they "lost" the package but then we found what we bought being auctioned off on ebay (more than once!) That's nothing compared to what most of the workers have to go through because of the upper management. The union has been saying that Canada Post is axing job security entirely and THIS IS WHY WE WILL NEVER GET OUR PARCELS BECAUSE THE STRIKE WILL NEVER END. They hold on to your mail, especially when they know it's important. On their tracker it says we got delivered 6 pieces of mail and we received 2. I don't know ow if they throw it out or steal important mail, but it's getting irritating and the government needs to look into what they are doing with our private mail.

Not getting our mail other people are down our street recieveing our mail or the next street over getting our mail I'm getting other people's mail as will my neibour said he getting other people's mail also 10 people on my street alone getting wrong mail

I bean waiting for my mail 13 days now I'm sick I'm waiting for my mails so I can go get my medications this so cal supervisor going to tell me keep waiting this is crazy what is the government paying yall for but yall want raise kmt
