I continue to come to Thyme Dental year after year because every interaction makes me feel like it’s a healthcare facility more than it’s a business: my health and providing the best possible dental care is their primary focus. The attitude seems pervasive. Everyone is friendly, genuine, and you never feel like you’re being upsold on something you don’t need. Dentistry at other places can be scary, uncomfortable, and expensive, but that has not been the case at Thyme which is why I won’t go anywhere else. Thanks for keeping my teeth and gums in tip top shape!

Female dentist got mad at me while doing 6 fillings in 2021 because I was flinching due to having PTSD, and cracked my jaw. I had asked her to stop because she was being rough and she yelled at me and put so much pressure that it cracked and now I still have severe pain when I yawn on that side, my jaw has been permanently affected.

I highly recommend this orthodontist office! I was referred by a colleague who has been a longtime patient, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. It was refreshing to feel like they genuinely had my best interests in mind rather than focusing solely on sales. 3. The payment process was transparent and straightforward. They provided a detailed breakdown of all expenses, ensuring that I understood exactly what I was paying for. Having everything outlined clearly in writing made the payment process hassle-free. 4. Their communication is excellent. Whenever I reached out via email, I received prompt and helpful responses. It's evident that they value their patients' time and strive to provide exceptional service at every step. 5. Punctuality is a priority here. My appointments always started on time, which is something I greatly appreciate. It's a testament to their professionalism and respect for their patients' schedules.
