The minute you call, you feel right at home and relaxed, the staff is to be commended for delivering excellent customer service. The dentists / oral surgeons and hygienists are all top notch and pay careful attention to every detail not to mention how comfortable they make you feel during examination. I have been going here for over 10 years. Overall, I was pleased with my experience - until lately. Everything has been a money grab for them. They’re already on the higher priced end of things, but I paid for convenience being close to home. I paid top dollar for my Invisalign when I started there in 2014. I was tossed around like a rag doll with appointment reschedules between hygienist and dentist avail putting me 3 months late on my semi annual cleaning. I finally gave up a Sunday of my personal time so I could get a cleaning done. Upon arriving 10 min early to my appt, someone yelled from the back that the entire staff was on break so I’d have to wait and they’ll check me in when they’re off break. All I heard was loud cackling laughing of employees not caring that 3 patients were waiting to be checked in. Why would ALL staff have the same break? After taking X-rays (of course billing my insurance) they refused to give me a regular cleaning insisting I pay out of pocket for a deep cleaning since I still have my wisdom teeth and my back gums need special treatment. They gave me no option to go to a cheaper location to get it done - forcing me to leave mid-appointment and finding a new dentist ASAP so I could get a cleaning done. If they really cared abt their patients, they would recommend another location knowing there are more cost effective options. This is also after they demanded year after year I get my wisdom teeth removed as a precaution even though they weren’t bothering me. Upon consulting with an oral surgeon (not theirs), and paying for that out of pocket, I was told to leave them in due to other teeth have been pulled out of my mouth when I was younger. More money grabs for them. When my new dental provider called them to get my records, they claimed I was never a patient and didn’t have my records. After 20 min of arguing, they magically found them and sent it.
