If i can give 0 stars i would, customer service what’s that ? They only cater you when you’re in the store buying stuff and push you to put a hefty deposit. Sukhi was an absolutely terrible and didn’t listen to our request and kept showing us something we don’t want. Eventually we end up buying a sofa because they could customize it to our size. They don’t communicate on the updates, we trued calling the store multiple times but no reply. Finally we had to drive 100 kms to finally get some attention in person, still no sorry, nothing. Feels like they just don’t care. We put down a deposit on november 5th and we were promised to get delivery on november 15th then november 25th. Finally after 100 calls and numerous messages we got the delivery on December 7th. Please save your time and effort. Go somewhere else

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with Royal Furniture and Mattress regarding a custom-made coffee table. From the day I placed the order, the process was chaotic and full of broken commitments. The table I received had quality issues and did not meet the agreed specifications. The table had scratches at multiple spots when it was delivered and very low quality material used to build it. We agreed to adjust with all issues but When I reported the table measurement problem, the store refused to correct it despite earlier assurances. On November 27, I sent a formal final notice through email, WhatsApp, iMessage, and phone -each showing as “Read” - yet they chose to ignore it. Their delivery manager also spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional manner, which was extremely upsetting. The table is currently with them, but they have not provided any resolution or communicated responsibly. Based on my experience of incorrect product delivery, lack of accountability, refusal to fix mistakes, and unprofessional conduct, I strongly advise customers to be cautious and avoid placing custom orders here.
