Cheap fares, decent leg room. Driver could have managed passengers better. People were so loud, music playing, just all around noisy. Even the loud noise warning on my Apple Watch went off a few times. Impossible to be comfortable with all the noise. Customers show zero respect for each other. For the extra $20 next time I’ll take Rider Express.

Great trip actually. Surprisingly. Sad that some drunk girl thought she was boss and hit the ticket booth window. But she got picked up. Thank God! ❤️

Thursday June 12, 2025. Was on the morning bus from Grande Prairie to Edmonton. The driver stopped in Fox Creek at the cannabis store and bought "whatever" he needed. Not impressed and not a good impression for the company. Extremely sketchy! Reflects exceptionally bad on them. Cold Shot needs to do better.

Thus was the worst bus trip I've ever taken. Thus company should stick with parcel delivery and get out of the passenger service. It was a refurbished school bus with a horrible suspension system. No seat belts. Every pot hole we hit we bounced out of our seats. I was feeling fine when I boarded the bus in fox creek. By the time we hit whitecourt I was in alot of pain. I even tried to rent a car one way from whitecourt to yeg edmonton Airport but there were no cars available. I will never use this company and will never recommend it to anyone. I would rather hitch hike then take this bus. The driver however was very polite and professional. He was a very good driver. It's unfortunate he got stuck with such a poor vehicle. I imagine being the driver his trip was worse as his full route was much longer then my 3 hrs.
