We had a family tragedy and Carrie responded to my phone call in under 40 minutes. On a late Friday afternoon for that matter! I called her because her reviews across the board are INCREDIBLE. She doesn't service my area, but it ended up working out fine anyway. I'm still leaving this review because, I really liked her. My encounter with her was very positive. She strikes me as genuine and sincere. She even sent a prayer for my family. You don't find people like that much anymore. Solely based on this introduction. I recently needed to travel out of state unexpectedly. I have three cats at home and needed someone to come to my house to feed and clean litter boxes. I contacted Carrie @ Coastal Paws . With only three days lead time/notice, Carrie agreed to help me. I was so impressed with her professionalism. She made sure she had all necessary authorization forms signed in case of an emergency with each of my pets including their veterinarian, illness, medications, etc. The instant I met Carrie, I quit worrying. You can tell she loves animals and takes her care giving responsibilities very seriously. She kept in contact via text each day we were gone sending pictures, letting us know all was OK. I've had a phenomenal experience with Coastal Paws Pet Sitting. I was able to reach out to Carrie right away and get our kitty cats introduced before a trip that would take me out of town. Carrie was flexible with her time tables and extremely accommodating to our needs. Carrie was communicative at every step of the process, easy to contact during our trip, and above all wonderful to our pets. I particularly loved how Carrie would send little picture and video updates of how everyone was doing. You can't beat this level of attention and care. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Coastal Paws Pet Sitting for all your pet needs in your absence. Carrie and Denis are amazing - prompt, clean, safe, and truly share time with your pets to make sure they have everything they need in your absence. They even send pictures! If you have cats, they might be pretty indifferent to the absence of their humans, but I get an extra piece of mind that my cats are in the best of care when I can see those photos. Highly recommend!
