I can give nothing but praise for Jonathan’s and Zoe’s Double Dog Ranch. I leave my baby, Baylee, with them. For the last 3 years she’s stayed for weekends to 3+ weeks at a time regularly. I’ve seen how the dogs are cared for and loved by Jonathan. My girl loves to go to the ranch and eagerly jumps on the shuttle every time. I see almost daily pictures of her posted on Instagram and I’ve never- never - seen her happier than when she’s playing with the other dogs on the ranch. I won’t leave my baby with any other boarding service. I would confidently recommend the Double Dog to anyone looking for the best place to stay their furry family members. If Jonathan refuses your pet, it’s because he’s determined that he/she might be a danger to the other dogs or itself.Jonathan appears to genuinely love the dogs and his profession.

DDR is beyond amazing. We have a dog who is capital C Challenging. He is smart. He is sensitive. He is quirky. And he LOVES going to camp at DDR. My spouse and I are frequent travelers. I am writing this from Tokyo but my pup is currently at DDR. Double Dog Ranch is a spectacular resource. I just hope my review doesn't go viral and max out their capacity. And the pic? My guy is on the left. He is playing with his bestie the husky. Not sure who the third victim in the photo is but they all had a good time. And, this is fun for them. No blood. No stitches. Just happy, tired pups. Check them out. Your dog will thank you.

I cannot say enough about the Double Dog Ranch! Jonathan's passion for dogs was palpable from our first meeting. The ranch is huge, safe, secure, and offers all the room and activity a pup could want, along with quiet places if they just want to chill. I know unequivocally that my girl was loved and cared for while we were away. Jonathan is absolutely passionate about dogs, and it shows. We are so grateful to have found the Double Dog Ranch!

This is the ONLY place I trust with our boys. They’re pretty big babies and yet never protest going to DDR—quite the opposite; they jump out of our car so happy to get there. Jonathan is on top of everything. It’s an immaculate Disneyworld for dogs. He understands their quirks, and I never have to worry about an interloper upsetting the balance that he so carefully maintains among the pack. Grateful!
