I recently visited Cloud Coffee with my mom. We tried their latte and brownie — both tasted good and fresh. The atmosphere and decoration were also cozy and pleasant. However, I think their service could be improved for a better customer experience. Overall, a nice place to hang out, but there's room for improvement.

You will get a cozy vibe when take coffee with US country music. Chicken smoke sandwich delivered fresh but tart seems prepared 2 days earlier. But it blows my mind as I was in NY roadside cafe shops.

The muffin was so good, but the coffee tested very bad. I tried a cup of Americano and a cup of single espresso. A single shot amount was like a double, Service was good 👍 Atmosphere was good 👍 But the coffee tested 👎

Small shop but very classy interior. Customer service is very good. Good coffee and good dessert option. Smokers can enjoy the smoking zone outside. But sometimes you need wait for getting a table because setting arrangement is very limited.
