I've been dealing with Lionel for over 15 years. I left Bell as it was the worst customer service I'd ever experienced. I very much enjoy calling a local store and having someone you know answer the phone. I am anti-corporate and don't endorse one large corporation over another usually. The difference here is having someone very knowledgeable with great customer service skills more than willing to help. Twice while assisting with purchase of new phone, Lionel asked me if he would mind if he quickly assisted other customers with minor issues. One gentleman had inadvertently changed ring tone and the other had a issue with a setting on cellular data, both of these small fixes for Lionel were handled quickly and professionally. Seems like a small thing, but as technology often out paces our ability to keep up, it's nice to know there are still people willing to help out and not just take our money.
