This is truly a 5 star business! The ladies in the office, especially Courtney, are wonderful, great personalities and very helpful. They schedule us the following day, they show up on time and Rick who has been our service representative is excellent at what he does. Rick installed our hot water tank, our kitchen faucet and 2 bathroom faucets, no job too big or too small. I will continue to use Charlotte Pluming for all of our plumbing needs. Highly recommend them!

Called Charlotte plumbing this morning at 9 o’clock due to my water heater not working since yesterday. Courtney was very professional and on the ball as far as getting a technician out to my house. Damien the technician showed up very professional and knew exactly what he was talking about. Courtney coordinated to have a new water heater and all hardware needed here within a half an hour And Damien had the new water heater installed in an hour and a half. Would Definitely recommend Charlotte plumbing. Great job Courtney and Damien!!

This is a family owned small business and Harriet provided the most wonderful service! We were on a very tight timeline and needed to pick out plumbing fixtures. With just a few short questions she was able to find us exactly what we were looking for. She offered expert advice and ideas to help us get everything we had hoped for. She explained features and benefits that we would not have thought of and made suggestions to keep our fixtures beautiful for years to come. With online shopping available for so many brands and being from out of town we could easily have chosen to do that, however, we are so glad that we did not. We certainly wouldn't have been as happy as we are with the selections and it would've taken a great deal more time and certainly a lot more effort. The products took only 2 days to arrive keeping our project on track and ahead of schedule. We are so happy with the experience and highly recommend them!

I discovered my water tank leaking and called Charlotte Plumbing ASAP I spoke with Courtney who was amazing from the moment she picked up the phone. She is very knowledgeable and a joy to deal with. She explained that there were no techs available until Thursday but she worked her magic and was able to get me in on Wednesday. ( Greatly Appreciated). they sent a young woman out with new water tank and moments later Rock and Alex arrived and took care of the situation professionally and promptly! I would recommend Charlotte Plumbing anytime you have Plumbing issues. Thanks to the entire team, you guys are Awesome 👌 👏 😎 🙌
