Outstanding and totally committed customer service; they work hard and it shows. Their store offers small town personalized care while being situated right in the middle of a university and a city.

I started using this pharmacy out of convenience when I lived on campus, 6 years later and I will never switch! The staff at this pharmacy are exceptional and have gone above and beyond my expectations. It’s been so easy to get my prescription refilled and renewed. The delivery option is amazing. Thanks guys!

I regret to say that my recent experience at this pharmacy was quite disappointing. Upon my visit, I sought assistance for a common over-the-counter medication, Paracetamol, which I was surprised to find out is referred to by a different name in Canada and is commonly known as Acetaminophen in North America, which I didn’t realize at the time. The first staff member I approached seemed unaware of this, and their demeanour towards me was less than welcoming. Instead, I felt belittled and uninformed, as if my lack of knowledge amused them. It was disheartening, especially considering the diverse community this pharmacy serves, including international students who might not be familiar with Canadian terminologies. It wasn't until much later, after persistent inquiries, that another staff member provided a somewhat informative explanation. However, by then, I had already resorted to conducting my own research, which I found disappointing and inconvenient. I believe that a pharmacy situated within a campus accommodating students from various backgrounds should prioritize empathy and understanding, especially regarding basic medicinal knowledge and customer interactions. Overall, my experience here left a lot to be desired. I sincerely hope the management takes the necessary steps to educate their staff about common international medications and fosters a more respectful, empathetic and helpful environment for all customers. I will never go to this pharmacy again. Thankfully, there are plenty of them not too far from campus.

The ladies at the Campus Medicine Shoppe are always so nice and patient with me, even though I always forget to pay for my medication, lol (sorry guys). They always make sure to remind me and are very patient! Always appreciate their wonderful service and understanding.
