It’s clear they have no respect for anyone’s time. According to Google, Wednesdays are supposed to be less busy, but that wasn’t the case at all. Poor service and lack of organization. Jose DiazDo yourself a favor and don’t even walk through the door, door says pull but you have to push. It’s takes them more than an hour just to input your information. They overbook appointments. Don’t even waste your time on this place, has sketchy written all over it. By the way spider webs all over the ceiling. If there was zero stars, this place automatically deserves it.
Hennessy NavarroDO NOT COME HERE! I had an appointment at 12:30 as a new patient and was told to arrive at 12pm to fill out paperwork. I arrived at 12:06 after parking in the street due to the limited parking they have, at which point i was contacted and told the doctor wouldn’t see me until 1:30 after he returned from lunch. I presume I was pushed back because I was late, but none of the staff members communicated a penalty for lateness. I continued to wait anyway and wasn’t given my paperwork until 1:40, but I had already checked in upon arrival. I was told it would be about another 20 minute wait due to other people being in front of me. This is now the SECOND time (initially in 2023) where I had to wait longer than an hour to be seen and my wisdom teeth removal was pushed back a year for a new referral (now for 2025) DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
Kim ChiThey will SCAM you, especially if you have Medi-Cal. I had wisdom teeth removed. You can read that a bone graft is basically NEVER necessary after wisdom teeth extraction, especially if you’re young and healthy. They never mentioned a bone graft during the original consultation. However as I’m in the chair ready to get my teeth removed, they lie and say I absolutely need a bone graft and I would need to reschedule my appointment if I don’t get it (which bone grafts are not covered by insurance and is $400 out of pocket). They’re down with lying to make extra $ out of you. I was planning on making this my new dental place for everything since I do need a new dentist, but they completely lost my business with their SCAM. Everyone deserves to know they will try to scam you if you’re unaware and are trusting your dentist, as one should be able to do.
