Amy AvilaWorst experiences , don’t recommend this location at all. Very rude. Can’t give any answers. Michele not only hung up on me but was condescending and didn’t help one bit. They are supposed to be the new management and so far all I want is to take my kids somewhere else. I have both my kids receiving Invisalign’s and everything has been an issue. Going on 3 months and still no updated Invisalign trays and no answers as to when I will have my son back on track.

I was charged for dental services well over 3 years after they were performed, which I was surprised to learn about via a letter in the mail from a collections agency. I was certain that I had paid all my bills long ago, and I’ve never so much as had a late payment on a credit card in my life. Very fortunately for me, I kept receipts & bank statements, and my insurance provider from years prior also backed me up. However, my excellent credit score was instantly ruined and it took many months to resolve between the insurance company, the bank, and credit bureaus. Coincidentally but not surprisingly, this experience also happened to my parents who I had initially recommended this dentist to but certainly now regret. My mom ended up paying a bill she likely didn’t actually owe rather than try to dispute in fear that she would go through what I did, and I feel awful about that. There are so many other local dentists that are honest and deserving of your patronage, please save yourself the pain and avoid this dentist at all costs.
Kevin MattyI would give zero stars if that was an option. This place is under new management and they have become extremely inept. The assistants do not know what they are doing. The dentist was rude. I came in for a crown replacement and a cleaning. I was in the chair for over 4 hours. (Unacceptable). The temporary crown fell off 4 hours after I left. I was not able to get ahold of them to have it put back on. I had to go to a different dentist to get the temporary put back on. I will never return to this dentist EVER!!
