Had John and team re-roof my garage at my old place last year. Whole process was great from the estimate (John explained everything to me and gave me multiple options to choose from), material delivery, and installation (crew was friendly, professional and very neat). John even came back afterwards to ensure everything was cleaned up and followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the job. Just had him out to repair a leak in my roof at my new place and provide a quote on some additional exterior work we need completed. Diagnosed the problem and quickly made the repairs on the leak. Did a thorough job collecting information and measurements for the additional exterior work. Explained everything in detail and looking forward to working with him on this project. Will post some before and after pictures when it's all done. Nice to use someone who is trustworthy and knows how to get the job done right. Update: Finished up on the soffit venting that replaced the old, unvented plywood that was there before. Did a really nice job, looks like it was always there! Attached a few photos of the work.

Amazing, amazing experience with John the owner of Caliber Roofing And Exteriors. Last year we looked at different quotes to replace the roof on our rental house. After asking around, a few friends recommended Caliber Roofing and Exteriors as an excellent company. John was quick to reply, gave us a very competitive price, explained in detail what he was going to perform and when. The communication was easy and efficient in dealing between the schedules of John and our tenants. The next day everything was removed, cleaned and left spotless. I again just had a great experience with John. We have some issues in the house we live in, thinking it is coming from the roof, we reached out to John. The issue not being his domain, he referred us to someone else. All this is great, but I was really surprised that John followed up with us to check if our issue was resolved. This speaks a lot about one's professionalism. John is personable, trust worthy, very hard working, honest, and has very reasonable prices. Highly recommend him!

After the hail storm damage on the house in 2024, a friend recommended John@ Caliber Roofing for roofing and siding repair, and we could not be more impressed and pleased. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, the crew demonstrated true professionalism— punctual, respectful, working efficiently, and leaving the site clean throughout the project. The quality of their work speaks for itself. Our roof looks fantastic, and John did his very best to match with our original siding pattern and colour so that we didn't need to re-do the whole wall. We decided to have John at Calibur do the roof and gutter replacement on our home after last years hail storm damages. We had gotten several quotes from other vendors to have these repairs done but decided to go with Calibur We have been so impressed! John always took the time to keep us informed with all the steps. There were no surprises. He coordinated everything from bin drop off to having two of the best roofers (Mike and Steve) show up and do a first rate job. John then had Chad and his team show up to replace our gutters and down spouts. They did a better job than we have ever had on our home.
