I was looking for a surgeon for a complex procedure who accepts Medi-Cal and found Cal Dental Group, and I’m so glad I did. From my first phone call with Anna at the front desk to the surgery and recovery, every interaction was excellent. Dr. Issakharian did an outstanding job with the surgery, and Dr. Karnakova gave me great post-op instructions. The dental assistants and office manager were incredibly kind and supportive. I highly recommend this office and am very grateful for the care and professionalism of the entire team.

I’ve been going to this clinic for two months, and Dr. Olga Karnakova is truly exceptional — kind, professional, and someone I fully trust (which says a lot, since I usually overthink everything!). I’ve had a crown, a cavity filling, and recently all four wisdom teeth removed. Every procedure was flawless, and the healing process after surgery was surprisingly quick and easy. The entire team is responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cares about patients. Highly recommend this clinic — it’s rare to feel this well taken care of.

I was looking for a good dentist I found Cal Dental and surprisingly I had an amazing experience. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and helpful, I felt so comfortable. If you’re looking for a great dental office I think Cal Dental would be an awesome choice. Even the front office lady, I think her name was Anna she was so amazing special shout out to her.

Dental office that doesn't accept state insurance AT ALL!! Clearly you don't care about your community if you're a dental office in an urban city with millions of people. You could tell they're only here to cash grab and cater to their own community and clients with more money than others. UPDATE: After reading the response from the business I am dropping the review down from 2 stars to 1 star. MY dentist IS a private owned dental office in North Hollywood, with a state of the art office and technology, much nicer than Cal Dental might I add, amazing staff, and high end clientele! Yet they STILL accept state insurance and have been for YEARS! This is simply a cop out and an excuse not to serve or care about your community and it's sad! I also noticed that they cater to a very specific community. So that being said 1 star! Such a poor response and even poorer attempt at taking accountability. Tragic.
