Service here has always been great, but particular shoutout to Alex, the Branch Manager who helped me reconcile issues with a one-way rental from the Chelsea, Manhattan office. Chelsea misrepresented the fuel level (just over 1/2 full when I picked it up and yet they said it was full), and the car smelled super strongly of cigarette smoke. Alex was friendly and helpful and make a frustrating day less-so. TY!

Thank you, AJ and Enterprise, for a spectacular experience! I recently had one of the best car rental experiences with Enterprise, and I have to say it was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, AJ, the customer representative, made sure everything went smoothly. He greeted me warmly and asked if the car he selected met my preferences. Once we walked over to the car, AJ took the time to explain all the important details and answered every question I had. It was clear that he knows his job inside and out. The entire process was incredibly quick and easy—within just 10 minutes, I was on my way. I really appreciated the fast service, especially since I was running late to pick up the rental. AJ and the team were so accommodating and helpful. Again, Thank you!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. The branch manager, Marcus Pierre, was unprofessional and rude. He seemed very moody and rushed me through the process without allowing me to ask the necessary questions. As a result, I was double-charged. I decided to leave the location and went to another branch in Waltham, where the customer service was outstanding—10/10. My advice: skip this location and take the extra 8 minutes to head to the Waltham branch. I highly recommend working with Christopher Graham.
