I rarely ever write a harsh review, but my visit to Brands For Less in Yas Mall was honestly one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had — and I’ve been to many places. It was my first time here, and I can confidently say it will be my last. The place was extremely hot, uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. The ceiling had dirty water dripping, and many of the items I picked up were wet or dusty. It felt more like a warehouse clearance mess than a store. Kids were crying, people were shouting — it was complete chaos. I expected great deals as the name suggests, but honestly, most items were barely discounted, and a large number were damaged, open-box, or not in any acceptable condition. It’s one thing to sell for less, but another to not maintain basic standards of hygiene or presentation. To make it worse, the staff looked completely unmotivated, no one approached to assist, and the energy was just negative. I just wanted to leave as fast as I could. The smell, the heat, the mess — it was too much. At checkout, I was stuck for over 30 minutes because their application and system weren’t working. Completely unacceptable for a store that size. I even took pictures and videos, which I’ll be sharing soon to let others see the reality. Very disappointing overall. I truly hope management sees this and takes serious action. A place like this should be offering more than just “cheap prices” — at least a decent environment and basic respect to the customer.

I visited BFL Yas Mall to pick up a few things for my niece’s Oreo baking surprise. I wasn’t sure where to start, but Khem Raj stepped in with a warm smile and helpful attitude. He guided me through the store, helped me find exactly what I needed, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to him, I left with everything I needed—and a big smile. Great service like his deserves to be recognized!

This store is very big and organised, maybe the best one I've seen in the UAE. Gold Label items are displayed at the entrance so the store looks fancier, and I love how neat everything is. It's easy to navigate and the collections are nice too. The staff is friendly by default and they are helpful. I do find clothes prices in Abu Dhabi are slightly higher than Dubai for the same item, but I think it's fair considering the location and the quality of the mall.

I would say this store is good but not perfect. Managed to pick up a player version cricket jersey for only 80 aed. The store is very hot though.
