Every time I visit the WTC Mall branch, Francis and Shermalyn are always there with a warm smile and a friendly welcome. His positive energy and excellent customer service truly make a difference! He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customers feel valued and comfortable. The rest of the staff are also very hardworking and attentive, creating a pleasant and well-coordinated atmosphere in the store. Great job to Francis, Shermalyn and the whole team for their dedication and wonderful service!

This is the worst branch of BFL, service is always very slow because they are always having only 2 cashiers even though you can see that they have a lot of staff on the floor. There are 2 managers, 1 male and 1 female Filipino who are in the counter but never gets bothered even if they see that there’s already a long queue and just most of the time busy chatting with each other. Need to replace the management because they don’t know what their role is. Other branches are not the same as this. You can see the manager or even other staff calling for additional cashier whenever they see the line starting to pile up, but in this branch, no concern at all. You cannot blame the staff if the managers don’t care with their service.

I was very much satisfied from the start until yesterday around 7 pm i went there to shop as this shop is newly opened and i was not familiar with thier fitting room location so i didn't see any fitting room nearby so i went this guy (MELVIN) mr so called offended i went to disturb his highness peace just to ask one question which was you guys dont have any fitting rooms here?? At first a looked at me with such a shameful way and pointed me to all the directions where the fitting room was in a very rude way Then this guys went to his colleague in fromt me and shared the same thing with him about what i asked and them they both started laughing at me Then i went to him and asked him do you talk to everyone like this then this Mr offended said i am offended buy your words that why you asked we have fitting rooms or no 😒 i am a regular customer there and this how you guys treat your customers???? And when i went to the counter to share the issue the person in the counter instead off any apology he is asking so wat do you want us to do?? Like seriously??? I felt very embarrassed i was on a call during this incident the things i heard that time really put me in a shame full situation i am never ever coming to buy from this branch again MR MELVIN i hope you wont get offended buy this review you wont see me again

This is by for the best brands for less branch. They have so many options and you can literally find anything here. The staff need to be a bit more helpful though.
