Mari has been grooming our pup Rhubarb (aka Rhuby) since she was a tiny fluffball, and her care, technique, and gentle approach are absolutely impeccable. Rhuby absolutely adores Mari! She gets so excited every time we arrive at Bow Wow and always comes home looking adorable with the cutest, fluffiest haircut. We visit every 6-8 weeks, and the consistency and quality of care have been outstanding. Mari and the entire team, including Taro-san, are incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. The pricing is also very fair and competitive, especially considering the level of service. To anyone wondering: In my opinion, they donāt cause āinfectionsā or give ābad haircutsā as long as you keep up with your dogās grooming routine too. Theyāre not magicians (though to us, they basically are!). As a dog owner, you need to do your partā¦ regular brushing and maintenance at home make all the difference. To us, Mari and everyone at the shop/salon is 100/10!! āļøāļøāļøāļøāļøāļø

I had to reschedule twice, which was never an issue, staff was very understanding and kind. Fred, the groomer took his time to understand what I would like and he was very, very gentle and kind with my dog who was nervous. I highly recommend Bow Wow but beware- you'll want to buy all the cute clothes and all the treats! Lovely place and will be back.
Sangwon AnWhenever I travel, I try my best to find a local pet shop to take something home for my fur-babies. I bought lil treats this time, but this shop has a wide range of clothing, accessories, collars, and so forth. Very high-quality too!! The staff was also very friendly :)
White YoshiChange of management and the policy/ manner of front desks have gone downturn. Very irrespecutful to customers, unfair policy which only protect themselves but not fair to customers. Over the past 3 months my dog got eye infections everytime after the service. Give up this place after two years. Horrible front desk the blonde lady is very impolite.
