Annabelle SelfWe used the dog field and bath wash today for the first time and we were really happy. Staff super friendly and inviting. The shop has eveyrhing you need inside also. We got a free drink with the field and it was yummy. Only downside was the dryer on the bath isn't the best. Definitely need to purchase more time if you have a medium/large dog which is around £1 i think for extra time. Will definitely be using again. We brought a towel to dry the rest of our dog off.
D CAmazing place and people, would recommend this shop to anyone! We found a stray dog in my friend’s front garden the other night and he wasn’t in the best condition. Starving hungry and massive irritation from fleas. Sharon at Walnut Tree Pet Supplies was happy to provide me with some dog food and herbal flea shampoo free of charge even when I said I felt obligated to pay! Can’t thank Sharon and the store enough for their generosity. It goes to show how much they care about animals when they’re willing to do something so kind. Update on the dog: he’s now being looked after by animal welfare who may have found the owner. Hope he gets back to his home or finds a new one! Thanks guys!
Kelly FranklinI cannot thank Grace and Victoria enough. I called around a number of Pets at Home stores and they either didn’t have a doggy wash, or didn’t have one that was working. Called Walnut Tree Pet Supplies 15 mins before they closed, and the ladies told me they would wait for me to get there - approx 10 mins after official closing. Both were so helpful and I’m extremely grateful. This will be my go-to dog wash from now on. Thank you again ladies xx
Jazz BrownUsed the enclosed field at the weekend and the washer outside the shop. Field is a decent size and cheap to book, the ground is pretty mullered from poor weather recently but serves its purpose! Dog wash was only £8 for 10 mins, you get x2 shampoo cycles, one is a special flea shampoo, a conditioner cycle and x2 dry cycles. You can secure the dogs with the leads attached to the bath. Easy to use and secure. The shop is good too, loads of options for doggos and the staff are lovely.
