Xavier led me and my twin in a lovely Saturday morning yoga flow. I felt safe to take adjustments and request postures that accommodated my body on that particular day. I was encouraged to find an appropriate edge and surprised myself by completing a headstand at the end of the practice. This was a testament to the gentle and affirming nature Xavier’s instruction. I look forward to dropping in on another session next time I’m in town.

I just had my first 2 Reiki sessions with Kim at Blooming Life Studio and I am already scheduling regular sessions! In all honesty, I was a bit skeptical at first, but NO MORE! Kim’s studio is beautiful, calm and relaxing….and that set the right tone for me. As for the Reiki sessions themselves, it only took a matter of minutes (the first time) for me to be completely relaxed and to be able to feel and really sense Kim directing my good energy and taking away my “bad” energy. I deal w all kinds of aches and pains (knees, back, shoulders and neck) but when I get off that table after a session, my body feels 30 years younger and my mind is amazingly clear! My skepticism is gone…..Kim is amazing!

Blooming Life Studio and Spa is lovely space to practice Yoga, book a community workshop or public class, or plan your next private Reiki or Float Pod session. My first float was quite the experience and it was a terrific reset to the body. Kim’s yoga offerings are honest and loving and welcomes strength and peace into the journey of all.

Today I did a yoga class by Kim and it was wonderful. Moved at my pace and i felt amazing when I was finished. Also booked Reiki for right after and Kim performed the service. Again, fantastic experience. I would suggest anyone would benefit from a visit to Blooming Life!!!
