Every class I take is a unique experience….i learn something about myself every time. The teachers are amazing , each bringing their own, rich , knowledge of the practice to the classes. Highly recommend that you try this studio if you’ve never been here before.

I just took my first class and it was very enjoyable. The facility is very nice and my fellow classmates all seemed very congenial. The best part was the instructor Nicole though. I’m fairly new with yoga but I’ve had about 5-6 different instructors. She was very helpful to me- more so than any others. I have some physicals limitations and she helped me tremendously with them. I really appreciated it because it can be intimidating starting out somewhere new but it wasn’t at all!
