The shop assistants and the optician were all very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me. They all listened to what it was that I needed and at no point did I feel pressured to purchase something I didn't really need. I came back to Boots opticians after a bad experience in another eye shop. I will be staying with Boots from now on that's for sure.

I was greeted by friendly staff, and was looked after by Izzy who did all the pr eye tests and then had the eye exam which was great all aspects explained . And after the eye test Izzy helped me with choosing new glasses helping me with which styles looked best on me and then explained the different lenses I could choose from.
