We use Liberty to service 50+ stores across NYC. They've always been dependable and thorough, making the extra effort to ensure any pest issues are taken care of ASAP. If any pests do appear (unavoidable in New York), they generally send someone that night and have it resolved by the next day. Otherwise, we've had all our locations on a monthly maintenance schedule for nearly a decade now, which they reliably adhere to and provide service reports for.
