I came to your branch to send a shipment, but unfortunately, the service was very poor. The staff member I dealt with seemed unsure of what to do and was clearly not well-trained. It was a very frustrating experience. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the quality of service.

I went to drop off a package this afternoon, and the staff on duty was extremely unprofessional and rude. I had taped my box but was holding the printed label separately, which was my mistake. I went in to ask if there were any options, but instead of helping, he rudely told me I had to tape it myself and come back. I let it go, went home, taped the label, and returned. When I came back, I set the package on the table and was about to leave when he started yelling at me from across the counter. He was disrespectful and kept talking over me whenever I tried to speak. He even told me to take the package somewhere else because he “only makes $0.50” from me and it wasn’t worth his time. In the end, I actually had to go to another location to drop off my package. A person with that attitude should not be working in customer service—period. Honestly, this location should not even be licensed as a UPS Access Point. This is the second terrible experience I’ve had here, and I will never return. I highly recommend avoiding this location if you value your time and peace of mind. One star is far too generous considering their behavior and service.

Absolutely the worst place for any package to be dropped off. I received an email saying that y’all couldn’t deliver to me without my signature. Wrong. I changed my delivery address to my neighbours because you changed the delivery date to a day I was working. Y’all accepted the change. It was supposed to be delivered today. Y’all had her name and number and address. We live in the same building just a few doors down. Now tell me why neither of got a call to our phones or even units. It’s like the driver just sat in their truck and drove off. We have unit numbers for a reason, call the damn unit. If you can’t figure it out, there’s our literal phone numbers to get ahold of us. So screw y’all for that. Second, remove this location from your drop off places. I received the email that you “couldn’t” deliver so you had dropped it off and gave me the address. From UPS directly, I was told that if I myself wasn’t picking up the package to give the person the tracking number and make sure they had their ID. They had both. Tell me why the people working there denied my partner until he had MY personal ID. They were rude the entire time. You see all the reviews here and still think these people are even worthy of the money you bring them. God UPS you’re just as clueless as your drivers. Grow up and learn what’s good for y’all or your entire company falls through. Maybe actually listen to the people who give you business next time. Get better drivers and better locations. I will never be getting packages delivered or mailed through UPS ever again. NEVER

Please revoke their ups Access point. They just declined accept package drop off because their scanner was not working. I believe there is always an alternative to provide service if you want to. Please revoke your ups pick up and drop off service if you don’t like to work.
