Balance retreat is somewhere I would recommend 100% if looking to unwind, connect and have an amazing yoga experience, at any skill level. The space is calming and welcoming. The workshops have always been a great way to experience new things and meet some wonderful people as well. You won’t regret investing this time for yourself!! :)

A very welcoming and revitalizing space. Retreats are carefully thought out and leave me so relaxed every time. Book early because they can sell out. If you are looking for ways to honour yourself this is where you need to be!
