I don’t usually leave Google reviews, but Kaylee was incredibly helpful yesterday walking me through options for motorcycle camping. I needed a few items that I had researched online, and Kaylee spent time listening to my needs and offering REAL advice that fit my needs. She was patient and helpful, and honestly she gave the best customer service I’ve had in years. I ended up leaving with exactly what I needed and I spent less than I thought I’d have to, while ending up with products that were better for my use than I expected to get. Again, great store, but absolutely awesome staff. Thanks Kaylee!

Excellent customer service. Visited to buy myself some new hiking boots, had lots of questions and Teagan was super helpful with answering all of them and helped me find a comfy pair of boots I'm confident will feel great on the trails. Highly recommend!

Heading to Quebec for what looks to be a wet week and, an hour from home, discovered that I left my rain jacket behind. Was stopping in F'ton to visit family and decided to check for a replacement at Radical Edge - a shop I frequented often when I lived in F'ton 20+ years ago. Looked at a few options and couldn't find anything that fit (apparently XL is the new Med). Kaylee to the rescue! She showed me a couple of options. Not finding what I was after, she told me to hang tight and off she went to the back room for a few minutes and returned with a jacket that she thought might work. Success! Great service like this is the reason I frequent locally owned shops as much as possible. Thanks for your help Kaylee!
