My daughter in law for my 75th bday booked pkg. last Thursday. Very very disappointed. Her nail polish peeled off next day and mine chipped off several days later. They kept adding solvent to nailpolish and that weakens it. When I do my nails it last up to two wks. Will never refer anyone to this spa. Outrageous price.

I have been a repeat customer at Avaia Salon Spa for a couple years now and have continued to come to the salon because of how knowledgeable the stylists are and how they are always able to adapt to the different hair requests I have made including providing great advice on some of my hair up keep questions. I also really enjoy the welcoming atmosphere they have made in their lobby. It is always very clean and tidy and they have always offered me hot or cold drinks while I wait and even while providing hair services which is so nice. I wanted to take the time to leave a great review and recommend this salon to anyone looking for an amazing place to provide them with great salon experience.

Staff was very friendly as soon as I walked in the door. Offered beverages during the short time we waited before my appointment. Brianna was very professional and polite and made sure I liked how my hair was while she was doing it. I would definitely go back and recommend to friends.

It's not often that I leave a salon feeling like they have given me exactly what I asked for. I find that many salons "trick" you into extras (like washing your hair, when you've asked for a dry cut) and quoting a lower price only to find out its significantly higher in price when it's all said and done... HOWEVER , I have visited this spa on several occasions and have been 100% satisfied with their services. I've received pedicures, massage and hair cut and set. The owner is attentive to the clients needs and she has a great group of professionals! I recommend and will visit this salon/spa again.
