I left my vehicle for a one-day check to identify specific issues and carry out an EGR adaptation. The adaptation was not performed, the actual causes of the reported faults were not clearly identified, and instead I received a lengthy, speculative and expensive repair estimate for work I did not authorise. Payment was taken before the estimate was ready, under the impression that everything was completed. Communication afterwards was poor — despite follow-up phone calls and assurances of a callback, no contact was made and the car remains unrepaired. As a disabled customer (Blue Badge holder), I was also disappointed by the lack of consideration or practical support. Overall, my experience was time-consuming, frustrating and not reflective of a professional Mercedes specialist.

Took my Honda to Steer following an argument with a bollard. The staff were very helpful when I took the car in for the estimator. The repair was carried out quickly, I was updated twice a week whilst the car was there. The repair was excellent and the car looked like it had just come out of the showroom. Thank you steer for all your help.
