Anchor Walls was great to work with from the very beginning. Every person that works there is nice, respectful, patient and communicative. Roger Johnson came out not only to do the initial estimate, but he came back out and took multiple calls to answer additional questions we had, and I had a lot of them! Deb in the office keeps things moving smoothly. We were originally just getting our basement waterproofed, but the guys did such a good job, and we have now a useable space that we decided to do an egress window as well. We had 6,8 different guys out here throughout both jobs. I apologize I cannot remember all their names, but they were all Awesome. It is impressive to watch them work. I did not choose to go with AW's because they were the cheapest. ALTHOUGH THEIR PRICING IS MORE THAN FAIR. I went with them because after meeting Roger I truly felt that He and the company were Honest, transparent, and care about what they do and who they do it for. I did my homework, and I got 3 other bids. NO ONE else gave me those same vibes. I 100/100 recommend!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Anchored Walls in Winterset! My home has been a challenge for years with foundation issues on a concrete slab, and I honestly wasn’t sure anyone could get it right. Anchored Walls came in quickly, got the job done efficiently, and stood by their work with a lifetime warranty. What really impressed me was how they went above and beyond when my house turned out to have more problems than expected. They didn’t just stop at the first fix they came back not once, but twice, making sure everything was perfect. Brad, went out of his way and even replaced the entire door and mortar around the edges, making it look and function beautifully. His workmanship was professional, and he exceeded what I ever thought would be covered under warranty. I'm truly grateful! On top of that, Deb at the front desk made the whole process smooth and stress-free, always putting customer satisfaction first. It’s rare to find a company that not only delivers quality work but also truly stands by their customers. I’m so glad I trusted Anchored Walls with this major project. They’ve earned every bit of this five-star review, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone who wants their home taken care of the right way!
