Charles NeyNathan was exceptional. He is ultra knowledgeable about appliances and is passionate about his work. We had an issue with our dishwasher and had another company come out to repair it. After several trips and discovering more issues that required purchasing additional parts, I decided I needed a second opinion. Minutes after Nathan arrived, I realized that he was much more knowledgeable about appliances than anyone else I had ever called. He quickly appraised the situation and advised we spend no more money on trying to repair it. We had already spent about half what a new one costs. Once I realized how good he was, I asked him to look at our refrigerator. Over the years I have had several people look at our refrigerator because it has a leak in the freezer part that requires us to defrost every so often due to ice build up. Everyone else told us we would need to get a new one. Because it is a built in, it is quite expensive to replace. Nathan accurately diagnosed the problem, spent hours working on it and ultimately fixed it for far less than what replacing it would cost us. I strongly recommend him.
