The traditional class with Hannah-Beth is my weekly reset! I go once a week and it’s truly become my happy place. The room is very hot on Sundays, and I love that — it really deepens the practice and leaves me feeling amazing after. The studio is clean, well-run, and has such a great vibe. Whether you’re new to hot yoga or have been practicing for years, this place has something special. Highly recommend.

I had a very negative experience at this yoga studio and found their approach to be quite unprofessional. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming and the staff's attitude really left a lot to be desired in terms of respect and ethical behavior. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a positive and supportive yoga environment.

I really enjoy HY on 17 - it's definitely hotter than any other studio I've been to but I appreciate the added challenge. Elmira's classes are always upbeat, and there are a lot of other great instructors too (shout out to Hannah Beth!). The studio is well maintained and I've always felt welcome.

Absolutely the best hot yoga studio in Calgary - beautiful facilities (both 17th and UD), HOT HOT HOT just the way it should be with talented and passionate instructors.
