This is the BEST yoga studio I have ever had the pleasure of joining. So good in fact that I bought a year's membership so I could attend any and all the classes I wanted! Raejeanne and Mel are the best at making us all feel at home regardless of how old or young we are.

Great mix of classes, still haven't tried them all 😉. All levels are welcomed & encouraged. Bright, clean studio. Lots of parking. Lovely staff & owners. Mel always has me breaking a sweat! I enjoy the slower pace but still getting a sold workout in building strength. Love this place ❤

An amazing yoga studio where you can truly let go to be yourself and try it all. All the instructors are truly gifted at making you feel at ease and ready to go through that deep stretch, calming your mind and body to sweating like you just got out of a shower because your butt just got kicked! Great place and would recommend to everyone!
