I found this place by Linda (one of the instructors)! The instructors and the owners (Dan and Haley) are great, they are very welcoming. I just got into yoga and they’ll guide you and help you much as they can. Dan and Haley memorized my name by my 3rd class and will greet you by name. I really appreciate them welcoming me because I’m just getting into things, new and not used to things yet. The classes are small and cozy!

If I could give Alchemy more than 5 stars I would. Although my practice at Alchemy was short (I moved into Calgary), I was absolutely blown away with my time at the studio. The energy is incredible and so welcoming, the instructors are all fantastic and have a great balance of mindfulness and good exercise, the times of the classes work great for lots of schedules. I have yet to find a yoga studio in Calgary that has filled my heart like Alchemy did. Thank you Dan and everyone for making my time in Cochrane so special!

Such a great, welcoming atmosphere. Tried out a few different classes and instructors. Love this place! One piece of feedback would be having some more preferred hot yoga times. Not as convenient with schedule to hit the few they offer. Will absolutely return. Great local yoga spot in town.

If you are in Cochrane this is an amazing yoga studio to practice at. My husband and I were recently visiting family in the area and we purchased a month trial membership. We were so happy we did, the studio offers a variety of classes, taught in thoughtful fashion. Dan and Ginette were so welcoming, they took the time to get to know us even though they knew we were only there for a month. We highly recommend this studio and will definitely go back when we are next in Cochrane.
