I had such an amazing experience doing the 200hr YTT. I learned so much—not just about yoga, but about myself too. The course touched on so many different areas and really opened my eyes to how broad and inclusive yoga can be. I feel confident now in being able to teach safely and in a way that’s accessible to anyone. Stephanie, along with all of the instructors (who I would regard as experts in their areas) were incredible—super knowledgeable and supportive. I also met such a great group of people and left with a whole new community. I came out of the training feeling ready to teach and genuinely excited about where this path could take me next.

I took the 200HR Yoga Teacher Training and can't recommend it enough! It was clear from day 1 that Stephanie genuinely cares about her students and each person's growth throughout the program. All teachers provided a safe, inclusive learning space. Super clear structure for course content, and everything is easily accessible online as well. Thank you AYC for the wonderful, once-in-a-lifetime experience :)

I was drawn to Alberta Yoga College’s YTT program from day one. I am drawn to Stephanie’s way of teaching! Her presence and energy are magnetic. The passion she brings to the floor is second to none. Signing up for AYC’s YTT has been one of the best decisions I’ve made, and the journey has been transformative beyond just a month of training. Stephanie and all of her trainers poured their time, energy, knowledge, and hearts into all of us. Stephanie made our success in the program a priority while making it so fun to learn and practice yoga. I was given the tools and the confidence to lead not only a class but myself. Thank you! Without a doubt this was one of the best learning experiences of my life. The teachers foster an environment of kindness, acceptance accountability and always encouraging curiosity ! I made lifelong friendships, I learned so much about myself and have a much deeper appreciation for what yoga is all about. I took this class for personal reasons and I highly recommend it to anyone considering taking their practice to the next level. I watched some students gain confidence, others find their voice, some came into their own with movement and spirituality while others sored in their pursuits as teachers! Seriously amazing !
