Akasa Yoga

One of the few places that offers Animal Flow, which I love for working out my flexibility, strength, balance and awareness of movement! I was completely new to Animal Flow but left my first class sweating and impressed with how much I learned thanks to amazing Animal Flow instructor, Catia, and Yoga instructor, Neemi. Catia was attentive, corrected my form, and slowed down any movements that I struggled with. Neemi can also answer all your questions about the studio's offerings and I felt so supported by her joining in on the session as well and making it fun. I absolutely recommend this welcoming and kind studio.

I really enjoyed my session! It was very therapeutic, relaxing, and a great step in the wellness direction via Yoga, meditation & stretching. Im going to rebook soon and also pass along references/referrals. This was my 1st time doing Yoga and if its your first time I recommend it as well.

I love the atmosphere of Arista Yoga and Holistic Wellness. I did the biomat that totally relaxed me to the point I fell asleep. Having a stressful job environment. Arista Yoga is just the place I need to relax so much tension and anxiety I was feeling. We did some stretching and breathwork also. I will definitely be coming here on a regular basis. Thank you Neemi! You are truly heaven sent.
