This is a company partner that delivered our new toilets today. While I would like to provide a good rating, I am unable to do so. The gentleman was nice, however when I requested he simply place the items in the garage, I was informed that he cannot do that. Just last week I had a bath tub delivered and the gentleman from another company was happy to place it in the garage, and waited while we unwrapped and inspected the item. While the driver offered to help me take the toilets inside, I refused his assistance. I understand liability very well, however delivery approximately 300 lbs of porcelain should not be an obstacle, or left in my driveway until I could obtain help. I am very disappointed and if I have anything coming through Accurate Cargo, I will decline. Had my parents been here to receive the delivery, the toilets would be sitting in my driveway the entire day, which is unacceptable. I highly advise you discuss with the customer when scheduling, the expectations, along with potentially realigning your policy to offer delivery of such items like this into a covered area. Respectfully, A completely disappointed customer Update: Due to the fact that the President reached out to me, I am able to update my review and per his request, not condemn the company over one bad experience. The fact that he was so responsive and took ownership of the situation proves to me that there is a great amount of integrity. Sir, I do thank you for the update and please accept my updated rating as an apology on my end for my harsh approach to the situation. I honestly look forward to any delivery from your company. And a conversation with the President just blew me away in a positive manner. Honestly, look no further for your cargo/freight needs. You will be a satisfied customer.

I had a fantastic experience with Accurate Cargo Delivery Systems and highly recommend them. They delivered a large item to my home and, unlike other companies I've dealt with in the past, Accurate Cargo did everything right. They called in advance to schedule the delivery and then delivered it when they said they would. I live in a rural, hard-to-navigate area and the driver went out of his way to get here. He was courteous, professional, and did a fantastic job. The item (a large propane grill/smoker) was in perfect condition. I was so happy with the experience that I sent a quick email to Accurate Cargo to compliment their driver, and the company's owner called me to follow up. That kind of customer service is rare, and is yet another reason I recommend this company.
